• Shipping Fees

• Ordinary wear and tear and cosmetic damages

• Any damages that may or may not cause the item to stop working that resulted from an accident, a user’s misuse, abuse, or any other external causes.

What voids the warranty:

• Jail-breaking the product

• Alteration or removal of the IMEI number or serial number.

• Item damage that may or may not cause it to stop functioning which resulted from an accident, a user’s misuse, abuse, or any other external causes.

• Software updates (official or non-official) that causes functional or performance issues.
