Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

Customers from the US have 30 days to return any purchase(s) for a refund, and 30 days to return an item for an exchange or replacement of a defective device(s). All returns will require the Order ID and Serial Number of the original purchase. Please note that shipping materials will not be provided by the seller for all returns.

Prepaid shipping labels may only be issued within the 30-day return period.

​

We do not accept returns outside the 30-day return window.

​

If a shipping label is provided to return a non-defective item, a $10 shipping charge will be withheld.

​

We DO NOT provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for products shipped internationally.

​

Items damaged in transit to you, or items Damaged on Arrival (DOA) must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time the item was received for us to file insurance claims. We will need the original shipping box to file insurance claims. If your item isn’t on the shipment provided, or delivery status shows ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it yet, you need to contact support within 48 hours to file a claim.

Extended warranties may only be purchased at checkout for your order and will only extend the return period of your device for exchanges only.
